How do I go with the flow I stop I can’t think about stuff to say unlike my nt low inhib shitskin classmates

I’ve always felt like keeping conversations going is a non NT trait. I’ve noticed that normies are dry as hell and non NTs have an inherent fear of awkward silences and droughts within the conversation so they tend to be more quick with things to keep things flowing.

The stress of awkward silences has made me good at keeping convos going. It’s difficult to teach imo
