It is a complex topic, Knowing is hard because it feels like most of the time it isnt applying actual pressure to the roof of the mouth even though i am following the correct procedures. I am not recessed, i have an evident jawline (though not pretty boy) so it isnt a recession problem.
My tongue goes naturally at the roof of the mouth but it does feel soft, when i swallow that way i dont feel the impact it should. Complicated
