title, when i take a shit ton of pottasuim or water cycle i look better, same goes for nicotine and basically anything that reduced water in the face. If this is debloating through removing water retention is taken to the extreme via duaretics would it be logical to assume i would see an improvement to a even greater degree

Managing things like salt intake, hormonal balance, and hydration is more important when trying to manage water retention. You should pay attention to the factors that actually help you determine what’s contributing to looking "better".

I’ve noticed that I look slimmer before bed, and this could be related to the body’s diurnal rhythm. This rhythm is tied to the natural fluctuations in cortisol and other hormones, which change how the body processes water and stores fat. It's worth doing some research on it, as it plays a big role in how your body functions at different times.

When it comes to diuretics, they can disrupt hormones such as aldosterone, cortisol, and insulin, which are vital for growth and metabolism, especially during adolescence. As a teenager myself, I wouldn't even consider using diuretics, not even if I was a busy supermodel at 17. Sure, someone might think that overdoing diuretics will give them that sharp jawline, but in reality, it could mess up your renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS).

Speaking of the RAAS, this system regulates blood pressure and fluid balance. Diuretics cause a drop in blood volume and pressure, which makes your kidneys release renin. Renin then converts to angiotensin II, a powerful vasoconstrictor that raises blood pressure and stresses the kidneys. Angiotensin II also stimulates the release of aldosterone, which makes your body hold onto more sodium and water to make up for the loss caused by diuretics.

The point is, that using exogenous compounds like diuretics during adolescence has risks, and in my opinion, they should be avoided. Also, feel free to give your own opinion.
