how do i know it works?

i used vials before, irritation at injection site and instantly hungry but for the pen even lghter sensation at injection site and
im not instantly so hungry i jus feel normal how do i know its working

The only way to check its to get your igf-1 bloodwork done, i did 3 months 6uis, honestly didnt notice anything besides sleep improvment, which may be placebo.
