How to know if we need Bimax CW or CCW?

I would really appreciate if you could tell when is CWW needed vs CW

This is what i know for the moment :

Bimax CW
- Short face syndrome
- Upper teeth barelly shows when smilling
- Straight mandíbula paralelo to the ground but lack of lower third height

Bimax CCW
- Downward growth
- Gummy smile

I hope this post have great info so people can know what Bimax they need

Edit : what if someone have downward growth and upper teeth barelly shows?

The biggest determiner is your occlusal plane.

There have been short face cases that received CCW from Alfaro.
