How to know if you are "Too Cooked" for surgery (reply with comments that are serious and genuine)

Obviously on this forum there are sub-5's and LTNs. but some can get surgery and others cant. What truly makes someone too cooked for surgery? and what can prevent some people from ever being HTN.... if you have images or examples of people who cant be saved to HTN with surgery, post them below and i will give you a ton of +1's all over your account. Luckily i got none, wide skull, 3.1 philtrum to chin ratio, good midface ect, probably the blessing of hamza

u can get zyno implants, obo, bimax with ccw, and jaw implants to just widen the whole face

Just bimax with ccw rotation will fix her nose, under eye area, chin, long midface, philtrum a bit maybe, might help zygos too

long philtrum is extremely hard, borderline impossible to fix
long nose
narrow lips
these are all symptoms of craniofacial down growth, excessive down growth is extremely hard to fix
