pretty sure just look in the mirror of photo of yourself if you notice your ipd is offputting then theres sum wrong w it

use imagemeter and set the reference scale along the bizygomatic width.
than measure from pupil to pupil.

ESR is easier to calculate and will tell you similar answers sort of

but youd need a ruler for IPD

your ipd doesnt matter in isolation anyways. what you need is esr for the eyes to look balanced on the skull width, eme angle for the ipd to look balanced with the midfacial height (= long or short midface appearance). thats it
