If u don’t have any of these im sorry but you won’t reach it.

And no weight loss doesn’t “sharpen” your features.

i can reach htn depending on how much rhino will change my nose from the front
its kinda big, accutane slim it down a bit but not enough
but im sure fat loss would help a lot, im like 24% and my face isnt even that bloated, so i think id have pretty good features lean

It depends bc to reach it you need good zygo, gonion and chin projection combined with insane leaness

Your nose alone won’t make u htn unless u have a nose deformity
