How to know if you've reached your height potential

I am of an average height (5'10" / 178 cm) at 17 years old. While there is a general trend of height acceleration in Europe ( I am of exclusively Eastern European / Ukrainian descent) , I would like to know if growth hormone spikes could help me reach my genetic potential or if I have already reached it. My father is 170 cm tall, and my mother is 167 cm. I am also the tallest male in my entire bloodline so far and keep adding inches as the months pass.

i would think its over but your justt barely tall enough for limb lengthening which can put on at the (VERY LEAST) 2in on you
 
just wait till youre 20-21

Bro your dad is 170 cm be happy your 178 you could have ended up 15 cm shorter than your father like i me

Same age and height. I still pray for few more centimeters but wont depend on it, since my frame cucks me harder anyways than my height. I hope you grow taller or atleast make peace with your height. :forcedsmile:

Framemaxxing is the way. I mog most of gymcels at my local town's, even though there are guys taller than me with feminine proportions ( wide fucking fridge waist and childbearing hips )

What helped me to go from 1.2 shoulder to waist to 1.7 ( from 16 years old to 17 ) was calisthenics, especially weighted. And lots of sun exposure during summer. Could be natural puberty process too though. Bones could add a few milimetres and clavicles fuse later than any other bone ( relatively), so there's still time. Focus on lats and delts development, which is achieved with compound lifting and bodyweight exercises. constant tension even through muscle development could change your bone structure. Don't hope for drastic changes though

1 6' man for every 6 women, most will settle for another man. Women hate sharing.
Also disregarding other physical traits like face, body etc.

he said he definitely wont grow , no "i think". that was for leg lengthening, not him growing naturally
 
Nah nigga I fear that they will fuse any moment now so I grasp at every possibility of IGF-1 spiking
just dont stress and keep healthy amounts of estrogens and hope for the best
