How to know what LeFort i need?

What signs should I look for to know if a LeFort I, II or III is needed?
I got a Head-to-head bite, long looking midface but pretty even facial thirds, slightly collapsed looking undereyes and a pretty bad sideprofile (from the maxillary recession and a short ramus, i‘ll get the ramus fixed too).

So a 1 will fix the undereyes and flat midface? I want to do the least amount of surgery possible with the best results.
