The surgeries I noted down are :
- Hairline lowering
- Orbital decompression
- Lower eyelid retractation
- infra orb. implant
- Rhino + Alar
- Genioplasty

but i want a ciseled face so I'm considering getting a bucal fat removal to

There are things that face analysis dont tell you
they will you
"your hairline needs to be lower"
but you need to know if it's worth it, are you balding, are you taking fin etc
because that surgery leaves a scar

same thing for buccal fat, are you at like 12%bf? if not it's pointless to think about it

If you get all these surgeries odds are you will end up uncannymaxxed or, even worse, functionally impaired. You are probably being too harsh about your features. Focus on the big flaws

Only serious surgery out of all is orbital decomp the rest are not very botchable or extremely invasive keep coping with muh uncanny

Try to get one or two surgeries max. You can't ascend to chadlite or chad unless you are already at that level.

I removed the genio. bcs its useless for me but i rly need to fix my eye area. There is no way i will not ascend a little bit by fixing this failo unless i get botchered..

Eye surgeries are mostly cope. They make you look weird and gay 95% of the time.

No surgery for your IPD or PFL either. Well there are obscure osteotomies but I haven't seen any good results.
