Made this for the reason that online symptoms are extremely vague and don't paint the real picture, anybody can think they have those symptoms which is retarded. This is an actual explanation of how things go. Also this is extremely important, ADHD symptoms happen 24/7 its not just sometimes, be honest with yourself, don't be low iq

You have a very hard time finishing a video game, movie, tv series, book, having a constant hobby etc. Its not just about losing motivation and concentration on work, you lose it on things that are hedonistic as well.

You say things without thinking them through, again this is something that happens 24/7 not just sometimes, like speaking with friends or strangers and you say something that just shouldn't be said or sounds wierd

When you were a kid you use to click your pen uncontrollably and sway with your chair the whole time, talk with random kids even when nobody else did and the teacher was extremely strict, but you didn't care and went to the principal office constantly, more then anyone else. (Possible you were a bully too)

You forget where you put stuff every day or hour, again not just sometimes but almost every day. Also losing important stuff like forgetting your expensive nike shoes in the school gym, losing your phone constantly etc.

Your eyes just wander into nowhere and your head stares into a place for quite some time and you look wierd af while doing it. Again something that happens absolutely constantly not just sometimes

When you go outside and walk, you daydream even then and constantly walk in the wrong direction without noticing until you look retarded way later

You start daydreaming something completely different even though a person is telling you something important

I mean you get the idea, i can go much longer with this, but this is enough ngl

Bro go to benchmark and do the visual memory test, I'm really curious if it's also some type of a short memory problem.

My adhd symptoms:

- Can't finish any project basically
- Get hobbies that are extremely intense for some weeks or months, then find something new to do
- zone out during conversation
- Can barely learn anything through watching lectures, I need to read and write myself

Adhd is a cope itself

another thing brutally destroyed my life

ADHD doesn't exist. Not being able to focus is lack of self training. ADHD meds help everyone, tho. That's why I faked it to my doctor

This is me all the time, I lose my wallet and airpods 24/7 the rest is fairly consistent but not all the time. Does this apply to ADD aswell? Or is this slightly different

Or you could just do an IQ test at a qualified psychologist instead, then you'll really know instead of self diagnosing yourself.

I was diagnosed by a psychologist when I was in 1st grade (probably around 2004). And then, in 2016, I was diagnosed with mild autism, I never believed it at the time, but the past 5 years have proved to me that the diagnosis was true, not for social situations, but definitely for the choices that I make about my life and the way that I live. Instead of chasing my goals directly, I constantly get distracted by things that shouldn't matter, and it's hard to stay focused on what matters.

However, I have found that the solution is to develop good habits and use them to replace bad habits. This can be done by forcing yourself to be productive for a long enough period of time on the same goals, and then it becomes automatic.

I have only been able to achieve such a thing with bodybuilding, and it wasn't easy, it takes around 1-2 months to develop a new habit and then you no longer have to force yourself to be productive since it becomes your default state.

Dn rd but my physiatrist told me you can have all the ADHD symptoms and not have ADHD. It depends on your lifestyle, if you live a completely normal life and it impairs you then you're more likely to have it. So if you live spending lots of time in front of a screen constantly receiving stimulus and show symptoms you're much less likely

It is 100% an existing condition scientifically, kys

Technically, if you have a chronic illness it can imitate adhd symptoms. But if you are perfectly healthy and have all of that then you have adhd.
