How to larp to get a palate expander

Need help because i have a narrow palate but i don't think a orthodontist would give me a palate expander instantly so how can i larp and what things should i say to get one

the process of trying to get free palate expander booking one 2 weeks later some whore says no.

Just say you have a stuffy nose 24/7
your toungue barely fits on palate,
maybe have a retard voice. etc

I would not consider the width of the palate as the only parameter

IMO more important are things like: is your maxilla too narrow? in relation to the rest of your face? or is your arch too narrow?

in germany we have insurance we pay 200€ at most
