Electrolytes, electrolytes, electrolytes. This will never not be your top priority. Aim for a 1:2-3 ratio of sodium to potassium intake daily, go on a 1-2 day fast prior and sip water every 15-30 minutes religiously. Cut out anything processed until then and you’ll notice an insane difference.
