I am a 15 year old 177 cm 63 kg
I have a fluffy mullet, i think im slightly above average like what's stopping me from being pretty is my face fat, i can't seem to look like a pretty boy unless i slightly bite my cheeks and i have a little of blackness arond my eyes.
I have a 7 months gym experience but i stopped 5 months ago so i lost all of my muscle and i gained some titties, i want to get rid of them.
Please give me some advice if you have already been in my place.

Eat less than you burn and walk 10k steps a day and also lift weights a couple times a week
