how to leanmaxx + gymmaxx for a fit body

serious advice please, right now from on now i will also looksmaxx while i NTmaxx (ive been ntmaxxing for over 3 years and made %20 progress)
 
Depends on your starting point. If fat, cut first. If skinny, bulk first.

When I say cut or bulk, I’m talking about nutrition. Obviously you should train hard with weights regardless of which one you choose.

it just depends on if your fat or skinny

if your skinny then bulk up with carbs and train to build muscle

if your fat then eat a high protein diet with a calorie deficit along with training

I focus on diet, tracking steps and weight training. I’d leave cardio for now as doing everything all together will leave no room to manoeuvre once your calories are too low and you plateau.

Also cardio can eat into recovery, walking won’t at all and you can be productive while doing it (listen to podcasts/videos).
