How to learn speaking in English?
Speak, read, write, and listen to English. Own dictionaries etc. Becoming fluent in a foreign language can take a lot of time.

If you want to practice speaking i would recommend finding some discord. A lot of them have reasonable people willing to talk and ok with pronunciation difficulties and stuff.

I always get a sense of superiority when I see that most of the world wants to learn English and I am a native speaker.

Communicate with other English speakers, preferably vocally. If you can’t do it in person, do it online, in discord VC’s for example.

my friend was like that, he didn't have much knowledge of grammar beyond what we were given in school and he was still fluid speaking and writing english. He really learned how a baby learns its first language, without grammatical rules, just subconscious structures.

However, I recommend anyone to study grammar, but giving priority to learning through exposure to the language (listening mostly)

Watch everything in English. English translations. English vidya games, porn, music, etc.

I didn't learn much in the classroom. Just being exposed to english by watching movies, youtube videos and playing video games taught me all I know.

unironically soydit

Speak English online with people. Use online translators for words you don't understand. Get advice from people who speak your native language and english. Listen to english music. Think about sentences and translate them into english in your head
