what methods exist to lengthen the midface? i already have a compact midface and at some point i would like to look into methods of causing rotation of the maxilla to maximise forward growth. the issue with this is that it shortens the midface further iirc.

according to this: https://looksmax.org/threads/chewing-megathread.160248/ chewing with incisors is ideal for forward growth, but shortens the midface, and the only method to lengthen the midface does so by lessening forward growth (by rotating the maxilla in the opposite direction) which is by chewing with the back molars.

Why would you want to do it? I have a long mid-face and it makes me look like a horse-faced tranny.

mid face ratio: measure distance from pupil to pupil. then measure form pupil to top of lip, vertically down, not slanted. should be able to make a square. divide the first measurement by the second. should be 1:1

I’m in the same position as you, I don’t think it’s possible since it’s the makeup of the maxilla bone. I have a striking midface that attracts foids but it’s definitely niche. It’s extremely important to stay lean and chew gum so your jaw is chiseled at all times. Horse face normies will think they mog you because you have a shorter midface then them and you have feminine features. it’s all about that ideal FWHR babyyy

yeah i'm literally exactly the same, my midface is too compact but honestly i think it will look pretty good once i've leanmaxxed as compact midface mostly just looks bad when your actual face is too big
