UV exposure can be performed by looking into the sun until your vision becomes somewhat cloudy. I would reccomend taking 5 minute rests in between each “rep”.

Based post. My eyes went from shit blue to decently light ones(I can't judge exact color as they look different under different light). I have done it for 3-4 months. Don't trust people who say ot doesn't work they tryna limit competition
