Squinting is good if not too forced
Same for biting cheeks
Just dont try too hard or people will notice

Use subtle filters. iOS has them. Also, sleep well and take cold showers and have clear skin and also take care of your hairs on your face (head, facial, etc.), as well as your teeth (use activated charcoal and hydrogen peroxide to make them whiter)
