How to Looksmax hands?

Not only in size/thickness, but also in the skin; from washing a lot my hands now I have "cocodrile skin" and the skin on my hands is drier than a desert and flaky like when you apply Retin-A to your face

I was thinking that the size/thickness of my hands would improve when I am on my HGH-treatment, but I want to take care of my hand hygiene as well.
