for carbos eat pasta and rice, for protein eggs, UHT milk (it costs half) and chicken breast. Buy a big amout of it when the supermarket offers a good discount on it and store it in your freezer. As regards vegetables I sugget carrots and spinach.
as supplements, a 1$ vitamin and mineral supplements bought at supermarket is enought to stay healthy

the cheapest way to get finasteride tablets is alldaychemist.com, where you can buy it at 0.20 dollars per tablet. There are some sites that sell pure finasteride powder at lower prices, but you have to buy bigger quantities.
RU58841 is cheap in it's powder form too
bodybuilding
if you can't afford a gym membership, just buy a bench (or build it with wood), weight plates, 2 empty dumbells and a barbell. this is enought to train all muscles in your body
neck: neck curls with wight plate
shoulders: side raises, sitting barbell shoulder press etc
traps: dumbell shrugs
abs: planks, abs roll (it costs 10 dollars)
biceps: sitting bicep curl etc.
triceps: skull crushers etc.
lats: barbell pullovers, bent over row (you can also do the bench row if the bench is very tall)
I don't mention legs because training them is useless unless you wanna compete in bodybuilding contests
surgeries
the best option is getting a plastic surgery in a country which is poorer than the one you live in. For example western europeans may get a surgery in east europe.
