For eczema look into hydromol ointment for general moisturising all over but for really bad patches of eczema use small amount of betamethasone valerate or mometasone furoate (you can get these prescribed if you go to a doctor regarding your eczema) that is what I use anyway and it has helped a lot but your case could be different. Also avoid long showers and overly hot showers along with harmful chemicals In body wash (you can use the first ointment as a body wash as well)
