How to lose face bloat?

So I was wondering if there is a way of getting rid of facial fat. Currently my face is rounded from all angles and looks not so masculine, but like a year ago I had decently pronounced jawline. So what food should I avoid and maybe there are some exercises ?

Lol if you are low BF, it's carbs and fiber that are bloating you. When I did carnivore diet, I walked around for the first time with sunken cheeks in my normal state

every time I started to go on low carb I realized again and again
how much better I feel and look

Exact same. I've noticed that after just under a week on keto I feel less bloated at all times. I'm still eating the same amount of calories so it has to be the carbs.

Exact same. I've noticed that after just under a week on keto I feel less bloated at all times. I'm still eating the same amount of calories so it has to be the carbs.
I felt better even under a caloric deficit, there is some kind of a high which comes with it

Lots of meat, eggs, cheese, yoghurt and a lot of vegetables mostly
How much carbs max a day? I am now bulking so i think it is harder for me

I try to avoid them mostly. If you're bulking I wouldn't do keto tbh

it’s just hard as fuck to maintain and salt will bloat you too. ideal diet is high fat decent protein low carb diet.

Sucks since I fucking love bread and buns. I am eating tremendous amounts of it everyday

1. Water. I know that’s a fucking meme here but seriously drop the soda and fruit juices and just stick to water. Sugar will make ur face bloated af. Drop the sugar.

2. No such thing as targeted fat loss. You either lose fat everywhere or not at all. Actually helpful because it means u don’t need to do stupid mewing or buy those dumb jawzrsize gag balls.

3. go on a caloric deficit. You will lose fat when you’re taking in less calories than you burn.

4. do a lot of intense cardio for fat burning. Go on a run. Then the second time you do that try to run faster, and so on.

after switching on a diet that's high on potassium, magnesium, and vitamin c, i still have similar facial leanness at 180 lbs and 135(i'm 5'11)
try cutting while getting those nutrients in
also sodium and carbs are the main causes of water bloat
