I want to lose face fat so i can look exactly like my photoshop, since all i did was lean it out. every other facial feature is mine.

You can see how bad the bloat is for my attractiveness. So how to remove it ?

maybe you're just skinny fat despite the low weight, you can be literally a twink with no muscle development and still 20% bf

I have wide zygos and jaw, so if you mean genetics as in bones it's not that. but if you mean genetics as in fat stored in face maybe

Are you muscles visible? Like a six pack or something. You need at least 10% bf to be able to see them with low muscle development, if not you're probably higher than that which means you have very low lean mass

Not a specialist but as far as I know since you have so low lean mass that you'd be very difficult to lose fat. Reason is that you body is functioning badly probably due to this. You'll need to build up some muscles before lose that fat otherwise you'll only lose more muscle.




I'd recommend you to watch this video to get a better understanding of it and also a way to fix it

Not a specialist but as far as I know since you have so low lean mass that you'd be very difficult to lose fat. Reason is that you body is functioning badly probably due to this. You'll need to build up some muscles before lose that fore otherwise you'll only lose more muscle.

Retin A makes u lose fat. Buccal fat removal.
Buccal fat reduction. Complete removal would look terrible as you age. The doctor would recommend how much fat to remove. I'd resort to fat reduction after all other methods have been tried.

Also, look into chin/neck liposuction.

you seen pretty lean although you have barely have any muscle development indeed so it's hard to tell but I guess you're close to the 10% bf, which means that your face can be bloated due to water retention, but then supposedly your belly and legs should be slightly bloated as well.

Try pushing a finger against your belly and see if you get that "yellowish mark" after when you take it off and how long it takes to disappear, usually this a good way to tell if you have water retention

However, I think it's worth trying to bulking up a little bit since you don't have much muscle (idk your age) but it doesn't seem very healthy. Also since muscle growth stimulates testosterone production which is also responsible for burning fat, you face can still get leaner.

i went from recessed chin, jawless to an above average lower third just through puberty

i don't trust them anymore. they're worth jack shit. i went once to them for my height, i was 14 and 5'4''. they kept trying to bluepill me and when i insisted they just put my parents' heights together (5'5'' and 5'9'') in some formula and said 169cm is my minimum adult height and 182cm my maximum adult height. they didn't help me with anything they just said ''height doesn't matter''

second time i went for my acne. i was about 15 and had only acne on my nose. again, ''it's just puberty'' ''it'll go over'' and they would not refer us to a dermatologist. now i'm 16 and my acne spread out. epic

if it stays and take a few seconds to disappear then you have water retention. I guess you don't then. For now I don't think that's much you can do to fix the face except to start exercising asap and increase your test and burn that fat not to mention other beneficts. Otherwise the same old advice, mewing/chewing to make sure your bones keep growing.

your problem is coloring not bloat. Coloring can be more important than bones. If you want to look leaner you need muscle and if you want to get rid of fat you get rid of fat... dont overcomplicate this. Tretinoin does very well at hollowing cheeks.

no, u only drink water, dont eat food, doesnt work tho if you are holding water then cutting down on sodium will do it, or too man y carbs, dont starve yourself

I weigh just under 40kg so fasting isn't really something i think of often. Maybe you do but that's your thing

Maybe, just maybe you aren’t that well informed about a lot of things for a 16 year old and have a lot to learn. If you were in the slightest bit attentive you would have noticed it gets spoken about here daily and just about everywhere..

You need to gain muscle. You say you have none, no muscle tone means you won’t have a lean face unless you are the exception to the rule. Don’t focus about losing fat, think about building muscle.

Moderate lifting won’t. Body weight exercises for a person with no muscle will make a huge difference on body composition.

Don’t over do sugary snacks, candies etc. Eat a good balanced diet, make sure you’re getting the right amount of potassium. Keep sodium intake on point to avoid excessive water retention. Get enough sleep. Drink 2.5 to 3 liters of water per day. Do some cardio, moderate intensity 3 times a week and look up a body weight work out regimen to do.

This is all simple stuff and if you stick to it, newbie gains come fast.
