How to lose fat properly

Gonna go into a deficit soon and need tips on how to execute it the best without losing muscle
 
Impossible not to lose any muscle when you lose weight
 
What if you eat shit ton of protein and train hard?
still gonna lose some of it but u can minimize it by good diet and working out and getting the right amount of protein, just bulk up first then cut, but also u can maintain calories and just keep maintaining and your body will recomp (muscle increases, fat decreases)

Ive been eating a really high protein diet with some carbs only pre and post workout and 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill, Ive been losing 1 pound a week and I ger stronger everytime I hit the gym. I want to estimate ive gone from 19 percent bodyfat to 16 percent in this past month. Even then somedays i drank alcohol and binged but i still managed to lose fat. Just eat a lot of protein bro

Waste of protein all u is need 2g per 1kg body weight if i remember correctly

Eat lot of protein, lower carbs and fats, and keep lifting intense

Use BCAA for muscle synthesis

if u wanna keep as much muscle as possible, gonna have to do a more gradual cut. Don’t eat only 1000 calories a day for weeks straight. U should take some days where u eat very low cal but also throw in some where u eat at maintenance or in just a slight deficit. That also helps keep metabolism afloat as much as possible
 
you just gotta bite the bullet and lose muscle imo, just lose fat if you need to fast as possible. muscle memory will get your muscle back quickly once you stop dieting.
 
Pin it or take SARMS if u want to keep your muscles

you will lose muscle mass as you lose fat

its either fat > lose all fat/muscle > slim > bulk back up

or fat > lose fat and gain muscle same time - longer time frame - lose all fat
 
Literally when u lose weight u lose both fat and muscle unless u maintain weight and drop fat and gain muscle

you lose fat and muscle at very very very different rates lmfao ive lost about 20kgs and in that time gained alot of muscle
 
You only start to lose noticeable muscle mass past a certain body fat.

impossible not to lose muscle on a deficit but in general if you wanna look the best and are willing to endure a long while go into a 200 calorie deficit from what you'd normally do to retain as much muscle as physically possible
