Lets say I have a date tomorrow, I am already low bodyfat but Im almost always semi bloated.
Would megadosing potassium help? And not eating carbs day before?

Don't eat sodium. Reduce water intake the day before and gradually keep decreasing

I thought you have to do the opposite,drink a lot of water
Bc if you dont drink enough, your body holds onto it

Drink all day long and not all at evening, trust me

Take diurex pills. They are 4 dollars and you'll release all the water and salt under your skin and lose a few inches of bloat

You'll get a similar effect even from natural diuretics like coffee from my experience
Dandelion tea is pretty good aswell ngl

drink alot of water, face bloating and body bloating is different. For face u wanna drink enough or u will hold on to water and look puffy. And also no Sodium and wash ur face with cold water + get a workout in.
 
So many wrong answers here. 1 day isn't enough to start cutting out sodium. Stop drinking water, start sweating, take diuretics. Everything else mentioned here is only long-term.

You just don't have bones if you are under 15% sorry but it's the truth
Body doesn't work that way man
