5’7 165 with good muscle mass and good bones, but a lot of bf that’s ruining every aspect of my life. How can I lose weight without ruining my puberty development, especially since i’m short

Is it over? Any orals i can take?

first off 5’7 is NOT short for 14 I’m fucking 5’ at 14 you are actually above average height for a 14 year old (ik im below but my point stands) 5’7 is the average for a male in the us so still having roughly 4 years before your growth plates close and being 5’7 is extremely good.

You can go in a caloric deficit as long as you hit your protein and eat plenty of carbs for energy and be active, sweat a lot, go to the gym, do cardio, cut out all sugar, etc. I starved myself at 12 and I’m 6’ at 16 130lbs

i think if you're above 6'0 you should post a pic proving it (on the web of course)
