I am eating 1500-1600 calories a day. I am 6’2, 24 years old, and weigh 144 kilos. Am I eating too much?

Just intermittent fast 16 hours, drink nothing but water, and eat 1.5k within those 8 hours

Run 3x per week

Around 500~1500 than you already eat
if you can’t stand or it is too hard, just take an appetite supressor like ephedrine

I usually run about 2 miles a day, but for starters you could start with 1 and track it with like a Fitbit or something. Also no need go super fast at first, gradually build up speed as you progress.

Yes, walking at a brisk pace is perfectly fine to start out.

Fasting is stupid and for retards with no will power. For Long term results you need to learn how to eat on a defecit and do cardio every day or every other day. Not high intensity but long.

You just do it. Have strong mental power or you will live your life as a Fat fuck forever. I was fat and lost 30 kg still have 5 more to go to reach my goal. Just tell yourself that if you eat more you will remain an ugly lonely disgusting fat man. That's what worked for me. Also don't depend on other people no one cares and no one can truly help you but your own will power. If you really want to lose weight you will do it regardless.

I need to lose 60 plus
 
1600kcal are for people who do cutting and not really fat people
you should do 1200kcal and also a lot of cardio

Stop buying junk shit, i only have good fome at home, if i want so bad to eat something i'll eat a fruit or prepare a meal which takes a lot of time...
