I am eating 1500-1600 calories a day. I am 6’2, 24 years old, and weigh 144 kilos. Am I eating too much?

Thanks. The appetite suppressant is the key here I feelAround 500~1500 than you already eat
if you can’t stand or it is too hard, just take an appetite supressor like ephedrine

I usually run about 2 miles a day, but for starters you could start with 1 and track it with like a Fitbit or something. Also no need go super fast at first, gradually build up speed as you progress. How much?
Lol I can barely run. I’m thinking about walking. Is that ok?I usually run about 2 miles a day, but for starters you could start with 1 and track it with like a Fitbit or something. Also no need go super fast at first, gradually build up speed as you progress.

How do you resist a binge?Fasting is stupid and for retards with no will power. For Long term results you need to learn how to eat on a defecit and do cardio every day or every other day. Not high intensity but long.
You just do it. Have strong mental power or you will live your life as a Fat fuck forever. I was fat and lost 30 kg still have 5 more to go to reach my goal. Just tell yourself that if you eat more you will remain an ugly lonely disgusting fat man. That's what worked for me. Also don't depend on other people no one cares and no one can truly help you but your own will power. If you really want to lose weight you will do it regardless. How do you resist a binge?
