Yesterday I was running to the bus stop and realized I was out of breath after sprinting like 10 seconds. How do I max out my lung health?

no i got tested for it, just brootally shit lung capacity

walking on my walk pad rn, prolly gonna buy a treadmill

i think swimming is good too

3 things:
Run regularly, wake up at 5 and go for a run, you can listen to music (I know you’re thinking “oh haha everyone says wAkE uP aT fIvE aM” but it genuinely feels so nice running while listening to music feeling the cool air on your skin and then hopping in the shower after.)

Walk regularly, literally just choosing a 30 min walk over driving/bus will improve your stamina so much if you do it consistently

Pick up a sport (this one is the most important). I personally do boxing because it’s fun for me, but pretty much any sport that involves breathing hard for a while will improve your stamina over time.
