here's a relatively cheap, small and light one I found in 10 minutes of searching

-Step 3: Assembling your penis extender

1. Place the sleeve condom over the vacuum cup

2. Roll the sleeve condom up to the rim of the cup as show in this video:

Hanging fucks up your erection angle more because hangers typically use more weight, which puts more strain on the ligaments. In fact, the faster gains you get from hanging are a result of you loosening the ligaments.
