How to make a tg bot?

How would i code a simple telegram bot that if someone messages them or clicks a button or whatever it gives them a formatted message and then they can click one of the other buttons under that message and then it brings up some payment processor where they can pay and once they have paid it adds them to a channel, also how would i make it so its on a subscription basis, like they pay for x months and then when that comes to an end they have to buy it again like should they just be kicked from the channel or how?
