if you want to project from side and front then implants are the only solution.
but if you have recessed chin or maxilla, you should consider osteotomies first.
calculate your facial convexity angle and gonial angle.
also do you have uneven bite ?
consider all this first.

My upper tw9 incisors are quite big from the rest of the teeth
My gonians are a bit less wide than my zygos
Wider gonians would give me a visible ramus and the front profile defined jawline
