How to make eyes look fuller

I have a very wide looking head and my eyes look incredibly small. I was wondering what I could do to make my face look thinner and fuller and my eyes to look like those from model shoots of other guys

Is your head wide as in fat? The best thing you could do in that case is leanmaxx. But if that isn't the case and you're already lean and you're face isn't bloated(I have no idea what to do). I have 0 knowledge in surgery lookmaxxing methods(Never thought i'd need any)
