first you do everything for the Mac n cheese until you get to the part to add the cheese packet, clear a small hole in the middle of the Mac then put half of the cheese, mix until most of the cheese is in, do the same thing, then it should be all mixed in, I usually have the problem of some mac's not having enough cheese on them so I made this method of mixing it
