I was gonna say palatal expansion but that it would probably only proportionally widen them with the way it widens your face as well, stick to some other methods that primarily focus on the lips themselves if you want to change your proportions too.

It takes long tho and u have to wear it like 6 to 8 hrs a day ( i even wear it to class because idgaf)
