I’m pretty lean and have been lifting for a while. The lowest body fat I’ve been is around 12%, and right now I’m probably closer to 15%. Lately I’ve been drinking a like a faggot, and it’s made my face pretty bloated. When I was not drinking every night for 3 weeks until I black I was drinking 2–5L of water a day, doing 30 min on the StairMaster, and lifting for about 1.5 hours, my face got really lean and defined. Once I stop drinking and get back to my normal routine, is there anything that helps reduce facial bloating or water retention? I will literally try or do anything
