How to make my voice higher?

I used to wanna have a deep voice, and I did, I literally screaming for almost every single day like an autistic person in the toilet and sometime in the middle of the night

But now that I have it, I hate it, it's like my voice is now too deep than what I want, I can't even sing now or even talk without having to cough every 5 minute

My throat has been so damaged now from all the screaming, what should I do? Is it over?

did screaming actually make your voice deeper? my voice is deep and playing games people mistake me for a middle aged man sometimes but i would like it to be even deeper
