i used to make 400ml milk, 150g oats and like two scoops of choc protein powder and that was insanely delicious tho protein powder shake on its own is okay/meh at best it never tastes really good with water but u should like mix it up with other foods or just do david goggins sigma male type shi and endure the disgusting taste
