I'm Thom Strijd maxxing and I want to make my skin more red (specifically cheeks). I'm taking beta carotene for orange glow but idk what to take for more redness. I don't want to take astaxanthin because it inhibits DHT conversion, and niacin isn't really an option either because the flush only lasts for 2 hours.

Lycopene

Isn't that very dark red though? I'll try it anyways, how much do you think I should take?
Idk i've been taking it for 3 weeks i cant say ive definitevely seen results. I think i take 20 mg/Day but I cant be sure as the bottle says 2 different things

A lot of sources say this also lowers DHT but this one says it doesn't lower DHT but inhibits some forms of DHT-induced growth:

"A systematic review published in the journal Nutrients, which also relied on animal study data, found a mixed relationship between lycopene and DHT, noting that although lycopene inhibits some forms of DHT-induced growth, it doesn't appear to lower DHT levels."

Im not a teen anymore so no more growth for me, but since you're 16 you might not wanna risk it
