ill just give you a list of foods and you make dishes for yourself:

red meat, chicken, fruit, potatoes, sweet potatoes, quark, greek yogurt, raw milk, kefir, eggs, honey, coconut water, carrot, tomatoes, rice, maple syrup, cucumber. I probably forgot some things but you know how it goes
