How to make the most out of one's youth?

Personally, I want to live my life to the fullest and don't want to have regrets later in life (like those who wasted their prime years on video games or similar), so how to spend your youth(till ~24) the best way possible?(given you are/were already decently good-looking)

Do parkour, downhill, wake and snowboard, snowmobile and jetski. Cliff jump and stunt ride motorcycles.

maybe I should make a thread about it tbh but here is the list:

-gaining some sort of transferable skill
-having friends and doing fun activities
-being on good terms with parents and siblings (important for mental health growth)
-traveling with friends or family to interesting places
-experiencing a romantic relationship of some sort

If you accomplish it all I don't think you can regret your youth. I myself missed out on the romantic relationship part but its somewhat my fault.
