its not a piggy trait its a halo tbh you can't go wrong with thick lips idk what latvian ogre told you that it's a piggy trait
but if you really want to make them thinner you can try to stretch them or dehydrate them (they'll look like shit when they're dehydrated tho so I don't really reccomend)
