Buy some l-arginine, soya lecithin granules, and some zinc with added selenium. You can buy these from online shops.
The problem with l-arginine is that it gives you stomach cramps. A bottle of l-arginine pills will usually say to take six of them daily to reach the RDA but only take one or two pills, pull them apart so the arginine powder comes out and mix it in a pot of yogurt and do that twice daily.
