How to manage potassium?

How are you guys that are running telmisartan, eplerenone, oral minox, etc. all at once, managing your serum potassium levels??

Currently on 40mg of Telmi and 2.5mg of minox, want to add 50mg of eplerenone as well. Current potassium level is 4.6 as of lastest bloodwork.
