Hello guys, its my first post there.Im 16 years old russian guy and my height right now 6'0.I have seen many people who are taller than me.Is there any way I can grow it? I haven't checked to see if my growth plates are closed, but I'm thinking of going and checking. Please give me some tips or methods to grow it a little more.
