How to max out sleep quality?

I sleep every day 8-9 hours but i feel tired. What can i do?
 
You can use melatonin supplement, 2 mg are enough for me but for someone only 5mg take effect but cycle it because body will think that it dont need to produce hormone melatonin and you wont be able to sleep without it. Take supplements like magnesium before going to sleep

does it matter if i take magnesium before sleep or in the morning?

just get a good routine of sleep always sleeping same time try not eating big meals 3 hours before bed time stop blue lights 1 hour before bed time, hot shower before going to sleep, keep ur room full dark and fresh
