I sleep every day 8-9 hours but i feel tired. What can i do?

does it matter if i take magnesium before sleep or in the morning?You can use melatonin supplement, 2 mg are enough for me but for someone only 5mg take effect but cycle it because body will think that it dont need to produce hormone melatonin and you wont be able to sleep without it. Take supplements like magnesium before going to sleep

sorry that i am late but, if you want better sleep then take magnesium before going to sleep and if you want to manage stress, anxiety, or enhance mental clarity and focus then take it in the morning. Idk if it helps with anxienty and stress when taken in the morning thodoes it matter if i take magnesium before sleep or in the morning?
