144lb 5’8 14 years old 15 in a month.
 
Pretty simple, make sure you sleep well, eat well, and exercise regularly.

Certainly, all common advice you've heard, but doing it is the thing most people don't.

Looking back, I was probably actively self-sabotaging myself by not sleeping enough during my teenage years.
