How to maximise facial leanness and reduce bloat and water rentention?

Just anecdotal, but I’ve noticed that consuming high sodium foods tends to bloat my face up. I’m not sure if this is true but I think stimulants like nicotine/caffeine can debloat you due to their dieuretic affects.

Drink water, reduce sodium intake, and try going into a caloric deficit for a few days as well as using stims such as caffeine/nicotine to temporarily debloat.

Might be genetics. I'm in the same boat, when I push my skin in my cheekbones and jaw are actually visible but normally my cheeks look blubbery and hide any angularity. I think some people won't lose cheek fat no matter how much they cut. I've been taking MK677 and eating like shit for the past 6 months so I'm going to wait a few months while eating healthy and see how I look. If I'm still bloated I'm going to get facial lipo or buccal fat removal.

I look similar to Tim Tebow (in terms of bloated face), even at 11.9% BF:

Stop the MK677. It is a garbage compound. I was using it at the beginning of my cycle but it had zero impact so I cut it out completely.

Only used it for appetite. Works very good for me.

Icing your cheeks area can lessen the bloat some people claim. Put the ice cubes right to the skin until its pretty painful and do it a few times over a few minutes. I guess it works like that cool sculpting treatment.

- avoid carbs like it's cancer , keto or straight up carnivore / zerocarb diet is ideal if you are natty
- drink lot of water (minimum 1 gallon a day, preferably more)
- reduce sodium intake to minimum (even better if you work out regularly as you sweat out lot of sodium)
- sleep a lot
- ice your cheeks after waking up (not that much of an effect and is temporal)
- workout your jaw's muscles (masseters), can be done with few hours a day of chewing gum for example <-- some people will say it's cope but it really isn't, you just need to be lean enough to see results
- sauna

Appart from these it's mostly hormonal (more T = more leanness) and of course genetic

Could just be you have shit bones. At 10% bodyfat as long as your bones aren’t bad you should look sharp. I look sharp at 15% for example. You might need fillers or implants

What he said is very true.
I would add to this the following:
-make sure you are not taking any kind of meds. There are countless that give you water retention. Most commonly used are:
1) NSAIDS(ibuprofen, ketonal, naproxen-shit you take when you have pain/inflammation, usually from a sports injury, ketonal is also given to people who have tooth pain).
2) Vasodilatators like: Cialis, Viagra etc.
3) Alpha blockers like Flomax
4) SSRI(anti depressants)

I know 3) is not very commonly used by young people but as for the rest they are pretty used. I know a lot of guys microdosing on Cialis or who are on SSRIs since puberty.

How much water do you currently drink daily? Also do you have seasonal allergies?
