So im 18 and already taking 600mg testosterone, 300mg primo, and 4iu hgh for the gym, on week 15 and going till around Christmas, so I currently have high testosterone and gh anyway ( I’ll cruise on high trt after this ) also eating mainly good quality whole foods at the moment, a lot of steak x2 a day which I can really feel in my jaw muscles I even have to take a 48 hour rest now and again to let them recover, a lot of raw eggs, tuna, and good sources of carbs, I nose breath as much as I know and I think I lightly mew most of the time, I’ve heard bpc-157 can be really good for bone growth so is that worth trying? I haven’t been doing anything else like thumb pulling or pushing so maybe I need to do them consistently also? What else can anyone recommend? Just want more bone growth in my face overall and more forward growth, any more suggestions would be appreciated
